Notice of meetings

As at 1 April 2020 and in accordance with the Education Act 1989 as recently amended, The Open Polytechnic of New Zealand will become a limited liability company (to be known as The Open Polytechnic of New Zealand Limited) and wholly-owned subsidiary of the New Zealand Institute of Skills and Technology (NZIST).

The board of directors of The Open Polytechnic of New Zealand Limited were announced on 17 March 2020.

Meetings

Members of the public are entitled to attend board meetings and meetings of the Academic Committee and Academic Committee Sub-Committees subject to section 48 of the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987 (LGOIMA).

Meetings will be held at the main campus, 3 Cleary Street, Lower Hutt.

Please contact leanne.mackie@openpolytechnic.ac.nz. if you would like to attend and to request agenda and reports for the meeting(s).

The meeting agenda and associated reports (if any) will be available at least two working days before the meeting on request.
